The "Demon" In Your Home Is Actually Rare

Urban demon
I don't know who needs to hear this, and it is an unpopular opinion, but demons aren't terrorizing you or even a hostile entity. So many people want you to believe this; they need you to consider this, but chances are what's haunting your home is a frustrated ghost. I know, I know, hear me out. But have you ever had someone NOT listen to you? How about someone who keeps giving you the silent treatment while trying to get a critical point across? Isn't it so damn frustrating?

Now you know what that ghost hiding in your bathroom is going through; it's 10X worse for them because you can't see it, talk to it or hear it most of the time and it has sometimes spent decades this way, so much so that now it is at the point that it does not even care anymore, it just wants you out of its space, period. Sometimes, the spirit may even be more afraid of you than you are of it, depending on the circumstances of its death. So say, for example, you remind them in some form of the person that murdered them, it's trying to defend itself against you, it's scared, and the spirit is reliving the moments of its death.

That's not to say there aren't demonic energies out there, but they are most likely not in your living room or basement. Turn on youtube and search Top 10 ghost videos or haunted houses etc., and there is an overwhelming excess of videos that show supposed paranormal activity. And 9 times out of 10, the author of the video will assume whatever is in the video is demonic, hell nowadays, they have gone even farther, and relabeled demons, now they are wendigos or skinwalkers, seemingly failing to understand the context in which these creatures exist.

You can't just take these creatures out of folklore and mythology and force your narrative like not a single fuck was given to their sacred origins. (I promise I don't get bitchy like this all the time!)  Can we just examine footage, evidence, and experiences without labeling them? Can we keep an open mind without letting our brains fall out?

In closing, I guess I am just saying, it's Ok to not consider everything a demonic or evil presence; not everything is here to snatch your soul, it's ok to go ahead and try and communicate with whatever you feel is in your house if you are able. You may be its last hope, just throw up some protections first if that makes you comfortable and use your best judgment; follow your gut; you're the one in charge in the end.

P.S. IF you do suspect a demon in your home, chances are it's not attached to the home, but to you or someone in that home. Demons attach themselves to people and can follow them for years. Also, here's an FYI, not all demons are evil.
